Booking Application

User Group application

Thank you so much for choosing Cypress Hills Camp as your retreat destination. We are so thrilled to be your hosts! Before your arrival, please read through the information below and fill out the forms attached.

How to get here

Cypress Bible Camp is located in the centre block of the Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, on the Saskatchewan side. After you pass the park entrance, take your first left and drive up the hill. Make a right turn at the minigolf course. Drive past Camp Shagabec and the next right will be Cypress Hills Camp. We have a large carved sign by our main gate.

Park Fees

Since we operate within the Interprovincial Park, you will have to purchase a park pass upon arrival at the park gate. These are $10 per day per vehicle.

Check in & Check out

Check-in/out times are flexible, but we recommend arriving around 1pm to get settled and so we can have a staff member welcome you as you arrive. Please communicate arrival and departure times a week in advance. At check-out, you will receive your final invoice from your user group host. We encourage settling up at check-out, but payment is due within two weeks of your departure. GST is added to the total event cost.

Deposit & payments

A $300 deposit is required to hold your booking. Please have this mailed to our PO box as soon as possible. We will hold this in trust until your departure. If there is property damage as a result of negligence, we reserve the right to keep this deposit in full to pay for repairs. This will be communicated during check-out. We will refund your deposit if you cancel your booking 2 weeks prior to your arrival time. Mailing Address: Cypres Bible Camp Box 1813 Swift Current SK. S9H 4J8
